This is how the leveling works out in the game every time you level up you can rank up and this is what you will unlock

these ladys are on your side they can help you with some mission just as long as to keep them safe in return they also have mission sometimes

this are the thieves of the city they will some times have mission too and some other fun stuff check back often to see whats going on
